Man, 20, dies after early Sunday crash in Washington County

AMWELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 20-year-old man from Washington County died after a crash early Sunday in Amwell Township.

According to state police investigators, Hunter Hickle’s car left the surface of Route 19 when he failed to make a left-hand bend in the road. Troopers said the car hit a log, a road sign, a utility pole and a tree where it came to a stop.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers said they are still investigating.
