HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va — People in Pennsylvania were going to West Virginia to get liquor, but now they’re crossing state lines to get their hair cut.
A barber shop in Weirton, West Virginia has just opened up after being shut down for over a month, according to WTOV.
The owner of Fuscardo’s Above the Collar barber shop says in 30 years, he has never been this busy.

"I’ve done people from Pennsylvania, as far as Monroeville,” Ralph “Chunky” Fuscardo told WTOV. “I’ve done Cambridge, Dover, Beaver, plus my regulars from Weirton.
Fuscardo noted that there are regulations in place, including keeping people six-feet apart and having customers wait in their cars until it’s their turn.
