Homicide detectives determined there was a party inside the home when an argument broke out between the suspect, Dante Terrell King, 19, and his mother. Both King and his mother pulled out guns. Investigators said Orosco was attempting to calm down the situation when he tried to wrestle King’s gun away and he was shot.
