WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Channel 11 is learning more about how a man came to be critically injured in West Mifflin on Thursday night.
Police found a man who said he had been shot, but it was just a serious head injury.
Investigators are now looking for William Brown, 20.
They say Brown and the victim were fighting over a woman.
A second man could also be facing charges, according to police.
