Seneca Valley School Board votes to remove Native American imagery from all schools in the district

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Seneca Valley Board voted to remove all Native imagery from schools Monday night.

The board voted 8-0, with one absent, to remove all Native American imagery, including the mascot from the district.

The District will keep the Raider name, but a new mascot will be designed and picked by working with the student body.
