SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police have arrested one of two men they say were wanted in connection with a case of bank card skimming in Washington County.
Hundreds of cards were illegally accessed and according to police, the suspects racked up nearly $90,000 in charges.
Police are still searching for another man they believe to be involved.
