DETROIT — The third suspect wanted in connection with a deadly shooting in New Castle is now in custody.
According to a post on the New Castle Police Department's Facebook page, Anthony Cooper was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Detroit, Michigan.
Cooper was wanted on three counts of criminal homicide in connection with the shooting on Oct. 16.
Nichole Pumphrey, Lawrence Cannon and Amariah Emery were killed.
Stephen Procopio is also facing three counts of criminal homicide in connection with their deaths.
Jodie Hammer, who Procopio had been living with for the past year, is also being held in police custody on charges related to growing marijuana and obstruction of justice.
