OCALA, Fla. — A Florida landlord murdered a tenant he was trying to evict Friday evening in Ocala, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said they found Marc Bruss dead inside the home around 8:30 p.m.

Investigators said deputies went to the home several times Friday in reference to Stanley Jenson attempting to evict Bruss.
Deputies said they explained the eviction process to Jenson and told him to not return to Bruss' home.
According to deputies, Jenson returned to the home Friday evening and shot and killed Bruss.
Jenson was transported to the Marion County Jail, where he is being held with no bail.
