Aaron Rodgers threw two touchdown passes to Pat Freiermuth, and Jaylen Warren had a historic day as the Pittsburgh Steelers used their best offensive output of the season to beat the Indianapolis Colts, 34-22 on Sunday at Acrisure Stadium.
The Steelers needed all of the offensive outburst, as the Pittsburgh defense held down Colts starting running back Jonathan Taylor all game, only to be gashed by quarterback Daniel Jones and an uninspiring collection of Indianapolis receivers.
The Colts very consistently moved the ball between the 20s, but frequently got bogged down in the red zone. Indianapolis kicker Spencer Shrader ended up being the driving force for the Colts offense, making five field goals, including two long ones early, but then three short kicks as Indy drives stalled in the red zone.
