Sunshine for the first day of Spring

Happy first day of Spring! Spring officially started at 5:37 AM EDT in the Northern Hemisphere.

The new season started with a chill in the air, but the beautiful sunshine and calm weather will continue for the remainder of the weekend.

Saturday night will feature a clear sky which will allow temperatures to fall to just below freezing. Sunday morning will be another cold start, but the sunshine will warm temperatures up above average to the low 60s by the afternoon.

You’ll have plenty of chances to get outside and enjoy this pleasant weather. The dry stretch continues into the early part of next week.

The next round of showers will hold off until mid-week.
