PITTSBURGH — Plan for a cool start Monday and grab a light jacket or sweater as you head out.
Temperatures will start in the low to mid-50s, about 10 degrees below normal for this time of the year.
It will be breezy with lower humidity and a mix of sunshine and clouds, with highs rebounding back into the mid-70s.
Sunshine and dry weather stick around Tuesday, with highs slightly warmer, near 80.
