PITTSBURGH — The weather pattern deserves a standing ovation.
Sunshine remains firmly in control across western Pennsylvania today and right through the upcoming weekend. Skies will stay mostly clear with very little cloud cover expected.
Afternoon temperatures will once again climb into the mid to upper 60s, running well above average for late October. The clear nights will allow temperatures to fall back into the upper 30s and lower 40s by early morning.
The dry stretch continues with no rain expected through the weekend. In fact, many areas may remain rain-free well into next week, with our next meaningful chance for precipitation not coming until the end of next week.
