PITTSBURGH — In Pittsburgh for the first time since 2001, Janet Jackson delivered a fierce performance to eager fans at PPG Paints Arena Wednesday night.
The 51-year-old displayed boundless energy and skilled choreography in her politically-charged "State of the World" tour.
The pop icon started the show with a clear, powerful message against hatred of all kind with "The Knowledge" followed by "State of the World."
Soon after, fans were on their feet, waxing nostalgic and dancing to the five-time Grammy winner's number one hits from the 80s and 90s.
