CEC announces headquarters move to 700 Cherrington on the Parkway West

PITTSBURGH — One of the region’s largest engineering firms is taking one of the larger blocks of empty office space on the Parkway West for its new headquarters.

Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. (CEC), which has for years operated its main office on Baldwin Road at Rosslyn Common in Robinson Township, announced it will move its headquarters to Building 700 at Cherrington Corporate Center, taking the former space of Chevron Corp.

Only a short drive from its current headquarters, CEC will leave behind a 97,537-square-foot building to take a total of 120,000 square feet at Cherrington in a deal with RexxHall Realty, an affiliate of New Jersey-based Rugby Realty Co. Inc.
