ALIQUIPPA, Pa.,None — A former University of Pittsburgh and Aliquippa High School football standout has been charged in connection with a slaying in November.
Monroe Weekley III., 28, of Aliquippa, was charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of Rashawn Cameron, 24.
Police said Weekley shot Cameron in the back of the head during an attempted robbery along Cooper Street.
Weekley is being held in the Beaver County Jail.
