3 Pittsburgh City Schools shift to remote learning due to power outage

PITTSBURGH — Three Pittsburgh City Schools are shifting to synchronous remote learning Friday due to a power outage.

The affected schools are Pittsburgh Arlington PreK-8, Pittsburgh Spring Hill and Pittsburgh Schiller 6-8.

Students are instructed to log into Schoology and take classes according to their regular schedule.

Thousands of outages have been reported in Western Pennsylvania after strong storms swept through the region Thursday.
