Fire crews respond to Kennywood Park

WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Fire crews responded to Kennywood Park on Friday afternoon.

Chopper 11 was over the scene as crews responded to the Lost Kennywood area.

According to a spokesperson for the park, crews were called to the park for smoke in a building that is currently under construction.

There were no staff or contractors in the building at the time.

Crews were able to bring the smoke under control and as of 4 p.m. Friday, were in the process of clearing the scene.

Operations were not interrupted during the incident.
