ALIQUIPPA, Pa. — One man is dead and another is injured after a shooting early Sunday morning in Aliquippa.
State Police and Aliquippa Police are investigating what appears to be a shootout.
Police said 21-year-old Isaiah Alston was shot multiple times just before 3 a.m., and another man was shot and rushed to Allegheny General Hospital in stable condition.
State Police Criminal Investigator Commander Don Sankey told 11 News that it appears the SUV on scene and other vehicles were shooting at each other.
Sankey said various shell casings were found on the ground.
Security camera video is available to police, but the view is limited.
11 News spoke with neighbors who were fearful of talking on camera, but told us the violent crime has been escalating and blame it on drugs.
State Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to contact them.
Police have not made any arrests as of Sunday evening.
