NEW YORK — TLC’s popular reality star “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro was arrested Thursday on charges of driving while intoxicated.
According to the NYPD, Valastro was seen driving erratically in Manhattan before he was pulled over.
Police said Valastro was, “unsteady on his feet” when he got out of his yellow Corvette. Officers said he also had bloodshot eyes and a flushed face.
According to police, Valastro failed a Breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.
Valastro is the owner of Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey and is known for his elaborate cakes, featured on the reality series.
