BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — A former University of Pittsburgh basketball star was arrested Friday night, accused of trying to run from police at a DUI checkpoint.
According to police, officers also found a bag of marijuana on Carl Krauser and a loaded gun in his car during the arrest in Beaver Falls.
Krauser’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
