IRWIN, Pa. — A 29-year-old man was arraigned Monday on multiple charges after authorities say he set a gas pump on fire last month at a Sewickley Township gas station.
According to police, Joshua Driscoll is charged with arson, risking a catastrophe, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct stemming from the incident Oct. 13 at the Exxon on Highland Avenue.

Investigators said Driscoll purchased a small amount of gasoline, then poured gas on the pump and on the ground before setting it on fire.
A quick response by Herminie firefighters was credited with preventing a serious fire.
Authorities say Driscoll was apprehended a short time later. He had burns on several parts of his body that required medical treatment.
In an interview with police, Driscoll reportedly admitted to setting the fire.
Driscoll faces a preliminary hearing Nov. 23.
