A man died after falling at a construction site in Western Pennsylvania.
NBC affiliate WJAC reports that the Cambria County coroner’s office responded to the Galleria Mall around noon Saturday.
Coroner Jeff Lees said Nelson Tellez, 32, fell into a trench at the construction site. The trench is between 5 and 8 feet deep.
Tellez was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy will be performed Monday, Lees told WJAC.
