MERCER COUNTY, Pa. — A man and a woman were both killed in a motorcycle crash in Mercer County over the weekend.
According to State police, the crash happened at 6:42 p.m. on Saturday along New Castle Mercer Road.
The motorcycle was driving south at the time of the crash. While negotiating a left curve, the motorcycle left the right side of the roadway and lost control, causing it to turn over.
Dennis Kennedy, 71, who was driving the motorcycle, suffered major injuries and was flown to a hospital. He died from his injuries on Sunday.
Elissa Kennedy, 69, was pronounced dead at the scene.
