PITTSBURGH — A Beaver County mom accused of leaving her toddler out in the extreme cold appeared in court Wednesday morning.
Kimberly Hollinda, 37, was arrested on charges of child endangerment earlier this month.
Police said the child was left along in the parking lot of Ross Park Mall. A mall security guard said he found the 2-year-old wandering when wind chills at the time were minus 7 degrees.
