PITTSBURGH — A New Castle man pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of trafficking fentanyl and cocaine, U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti announced on Wednesday.
Khalis Collins, 30, entered a guilty plea before U.S. District Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand.
The Department of Justice says he conspired to distribute fentanyl and cocaine between August 2025 and April 2026, as well as possessing cocaine with intent to distribute on April 1, 2026.
Collins faces up to 40 years in prison, a fine of up to $2 million, or both. He’s expected to learn his sentence in February.
