PITTSBURGH — The outbound Liberty Tunnel is scheduled to be restricted next week.
PennDOT said the tunnel will be reduced to one lane on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, weather permitting.
Crews will be performing electrical maintenance and replacing lights.
They will work from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. each night.
