Missing children found safe, parents in custody

GREENE COUNTY, Pa. — Two children who were reported missing earlier Thursday have been found safe, police say.

According to State Police, the children were in the legal custody of Greene County Children and Youth Services Agency, and were unlawfully removed from the home they had been placed in by their biological parents. Jonathan Curtis Fannon, a 30-year-old male, and Brandi Renee Stump, a 25-year-old female, allegedly removed the children and fled the state.

Fannon and Stump are both in police custody.
