An officer observed one of the men involved, who police identified as Jeffrey Ridenour, toss an object underneath a car.
According to the complaint, when the officer heard the sound of metal hitting the ground, Ridenour was held at gunpoint until he was secured by another officer.
Security personnel pointed out Bradley Medel, who also fired several shots, according to the criminal complaint.
Statements provided by witnesses and the victims indicated that Ridenour and Medel were leaving the bar area when they became involved in a verbal altercation with other patrons.
Ridenour drew a gun and pointed it at the victim, then eventually fired a shot in the air, according to the statements.
After the fire shot was fired, Medel reportedly took the weapon from Ridenour and fired four additional rounds after walking several yards away.
Another victim told police after the first shots were fired he attempted to intervene and was punched in the face by Ridenour.
Medel is being charged with aggravated assault, carrying a firearm without a license, and recklessly endangering another person.
Ridenour faces additional charges of persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, and simple assault.
No injuries were reported.
