Some NFL teams plan on making ejected fans pass conduct test

Eight NFL teams are implementing a new rule this upcoming season for out-of-control fans.

The teams are planning on asking ejected fans to complete an online code of conduct exam if they want to attend future games. The tests are an effort to control violent behavior and unruly conduct.

The Steelers aren’t one of the eight teams participating, although the rule has been met with mixed emotions locally.

“A test? I think the NFL is getting out of control with this nonsense,” Amy Wolfe-Miller said.

“I think it’s a great idea because they’re not letting it go and letting them act however they want,” Teresa Winkle McCracken said.
