According to the Attorney General’s Office, authorities found 326 pounds of marijuana, 100 packets of marijuana wax, a 9mm gun, cash and packaging materials between an apartment in Squirrel Hill and a house in North Huntingdon Township.
Back in November, a confidential informant set up a buy with Morocco at his apartment on Shady Avenue in Squirrel Hill. Police said after the transaction, they searched the apartment and found 42 pounds of marijuana, the packets of marijuana wax, the gun and $3,500 in cash along with packaging materials.
Authorities said the initial bus led them to the house in North Huntingdon Township, which neighbors said was owned by a relative of Morocco. Court paperwork obtained by Channel 11 showed that police found an additional 284 pounds of marijuana, which was worth about $750,000.
Morocco is facing three felony counts.
