PITTSBURGH — Isolated snow showers continue through the evening, snow showers will taper off later tonight. Lingering snow showers can reduce visibility, coat roads and create icy travel. Temperatures will fall to the upper teens tonight and wind chills will drop to the single digits in spots to start the day early Sunday morning.
Clouds will decrease in the afternoon; highs will rise to the 30-degree mark. Wind chills will be in the teens and low 20s through the day. The next system will bring light scattered snow showers to the area to kick off the work week Monday morning, snowfall amounts should be light from a coating to an 1″ with some isolated spots up to an 1.5″.
Another blast of arctic air will follow this early week system, temperatures on Tuesday and Wednesday will only make it to the upper teens with wind chills to start the day below zero across our viewing area.
