PITTSBURGH — Flooding will still be a concern to start the week with steady rain likely south of Pittsburgh for much of the morning. A Flood Watch continues until noon for Beaver, Allegheny, Westmoreland counties and point south. Some areas along and south of I-70 could see another 1″-2″ of rain this morning before tapering off this afternoon.
Monday afternoon will be cloudy with spotty showers before a steadier rain moves back in Monday night. You can expect on and off rain Tuesday and Tuesday night before beginning to taper off Wednesday and finally head out Thursday.
It will be a much cooler week ahead as autumn officially begins Tuesday evening. High temperatures much of the week will only be in the 60s. Low temperatures later in the week will be in the 40s with some upper 30s possible in the coldest valleys.
