The ‘Neighborhood grandma’ is back on her block, at home where she belongs
Shooting victim Karen Cubbage is out of the hospital and back home tonight, just as Aliquippa police put her alleged shooter, Rico Rodgers, in jail.

“I feel pretty good except for my foot, you know, it's gonna to be a long haul,” Cubbage said.
She's known as the grandma of Main Street. She normally sits on her Aliquippa porch and watches over the neighborhood.

She was doing just that Oct. 12 when police say Rodgers shot four to six times. One of the bullets hit Cubbage in her ankle.
Aliquippa police say she was not the intended target.
A week and a half later, they have one arrest, an arrest warrant for a second suspect, Omar Griffin but still don't know who the real target was.
Don Couch, the Aliquippa police chief said they believe the motive of the shooting was drugs.
Cabbage doesn't care what the motive was. She can't walk, and can't go out on her porch by herself anymore.
She has a message to the men still out there.
“Turn yourself in. They're going to get you anyway,” Cabbage said.
Aliquippa police told Channel 11 they are working on a third arrest warrant and hope to get those two suspects in custody soon.
