Kennywood removes “Mask Break Zones” from park after backlash

WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — Kennywood has removed “Mask Break Zones” from areas of the amusement park.

A spokesperson said “the attention paid to them detracted from the intensive health and safety measures” that were put in place to keep guests safe at the park.

The zones were near the Garden Stage, the windmill and Pavilion 16 behind Kiddieland.
