Rosenberg allegedly shot and killed 28-year-old Jeremy Dentel in February at his home in Baldwin.
According to a criminal complaint, the men had been messaging each other in the days and minutes before the shooting. Rosenberg asked the victim if he lived alone then repeatedly asked to meet up until Dentel agreed to have him over.

Ammunition found in Rosenberg’s bedroom matched the ammunition recovered in Dentel’s home, police said.
In March, the remains of a missing Penn Hills man were found near Rosenberg’s home. No one has been charged in Christian Moore-Rouse’s death.
