PITTSBURGH — A neighbor contacted Channel 11, worried about the house next door.
The house is crumbling and doing damage to another home in Pittsburgh's Manchester neighborhood.
Thomas Hammond said the condemned home has been empty for nearly 12 years, but it was recent rain that made the roof collapse.
