New development coming to Pittsburgh’s North Shore

PITTSBURGH — A developer is expected to present the plans next week to the planning commission.

Here’s some renderings showing what it would look like.

The six-story building would also have retail space,

in addition to the pirates-themed outdoor area. It would be built at North Shore Drive and Mazeroski Way.
