PITTSBURGH — Another new non-stop flight is being added at Pittsburgh International Airport.
On Wednesday, the airport announced the addition of Air Canada non-stop flights to Montreal, starting in spring 2018. Air Canada already offers non-stop service from Pittsburgh to Toronto.
“Adding another international destination like Montreal is important for both business and leisure travelers alike and adds to the momentum at Pittsburgh International Airport,” Allegheny County Airport Authority CEO Christina Cassotis said in a news release. “We look forward to expanding our partnership with Air Canada in Pittsburgh’s growing international market.”

The flight is the fourth new international route announced or started this year out of Pittsburgh, the news release said.
The year-round flights from Montreal will arrive in Pittsburgh at 3:40 p.m. The plane will then depart for Montreal at 4:15 p.m. Flights begin on May 17.
