PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh Department of Public Works truck overturned Friday morning on the city’s North Side, sending one worker to a hospital, police said.
The truck ended up on its side about 7:30 a.m. after the top of it struck a low train trestle along Merchant Street, between Martindale Street and Ridge Avenue, police said.
Two DPW workers were in the truck. Police said one of them was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, and the other worker was not hurt.
