PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police have located a man who went missing Thursday afternoon.
Diquan Lavelle Bertha, 24, had last been seen in Northview Heights around 1:30 p.m. wearing red shorts with black and white stripes on the side and a red zip-up jacket.
