Rally reportedly planned for weekend includes group marching from North Shore to Point State Park

PITTSBURGH — A rally planned for the coming weekend will include speakers and a march from the North Shore to Point State Park across the Roberto Clemente Bridge.

According to a news release, the Americans for Freedom Rally (Pittsburgh) is set to begin at 9 a.m. on the North Shore. At 9:30 a.m., the group will start marching. There will be a prayer, and the national anthem will be performed. Speakers include conservative media members and elected officials.

The event flyer said the event is organized by the #PAFreedomCampaign and seeks to “Stop the Shutdown, End Mask Mandate, Open Up Our State and Constitutional Rights.”
