Police made a second arrest in the fatal robbery at a residence in Penn Hills Sunday.
Kevin Trowery, 54, was shot and killed during a robbery at his home in Penn Hills Sunday.
Police arrested Dustin Taylor, 25, of Mt. Oliver, on Monday at a residence in Turtle Creek for his involvement in the incident, according to a release.

Taylor is being charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy, robbery, receiving stolen property, theft, burglary and possession of narcotics, police said.
He is currently in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment.
Earlier this week, police arrested Donald King, 31, for his involvement in the incident. King was given similar charges, along with weapons violations.
