Pittsburgh — Allegheny County Police on Friday arrested two people and are searching for a third in connection with a shooting that killed one person and injured two others.

Herbert Lee Walker III, 24 and Kenya Harper, 25, were taken into custody and are in the Allegheny County Jail. Police are still searching for Jeremiah Ligon, 22, who is known to frequent Penn Hills and Wilkinsburg.

Police said the arrests were a part of a joint investigation between the Allegheny County Police, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, Wilkinsburg Police and the Pittsburgh Police.
