ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A tractor-trailer driver is charged with driving under the influence after he crashed and stripped naked along Interstate 70 in Rostraver Township, police said.
The crash happened Nov. 4 when the truck went off I-70 eastbound, down a hill and into trees.
Orelbis Cruz Iglesias, 26, was driving the truck. A witness told police that as he approached the crash, Iglesias could be seen outside the truck taking his clothes off until he was naked.

Iglesias, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, was taken to a hospital by paramedics. Police found a loaded handgun in the cab of the truck, but no carry permit, authorities said.
At the hospital, Iglesias gave an officer who went to interview him the wrong name and date of birth, police said. The trucking company gave the officer the correct identification.
Iglesias was arrested and taken to the Westmoreland County Jail. In addition to DUI, he faces charges including false identification to law enforcement, firearm not to be carried without a license and reckless driving.
