Truck rams car into guardrail in road rage attack

WAGONER COUNTY, OKLAHOMA — A terrifying moment for a young couple in Oklahoma when a truck rammed their car across the highway and into a guardrail.

A witness on the road captured the terrifying moments on camera.  A pickup truck tailgating 18-year-old Noah Wilson and his girlfriend Gracie before pushing them aside.

"He just hit us and then didn't quit pushing us until we got into the grass," recalls Wilson.

"I feel like it was more of a fight or flight response," says Gracie Bottger.  "You're not really thinking clearly at the moment, you're thinking how can I get out of this."

Video shows their car narrowly missing another vehicle and ramming into the guardrail. Inside, the airbags exploded, injuring both of them.

"I probably would've sped up and got around the guy a lot quicker if I would've known something this bad and someone could be that much of a jerk to do this," admits Wilson.

Bottger has a message for the man in the truck: "The person in front of you has a family, the person in front of you has a life...I mean, you're not the only person in the world that matters."

Police say they believe the driver is in his late 20's or early thirties and pulled into a convenience store to assess the damage to his truck not long after.
