Steelers offense no-shows in 20-3 loss to Patriots

The Pittsburgh Steelers needed five takeaways to beat the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in 2025.

Five may not have been enough in the rematch between those teams on Sunday. The Steelers offense could do nothing all day in a 20-3 loss to the Patriots that was nowhere near as close as the score appeared.

The Steelers were out-gained as the Pittsburgh offense went nowhere all day. Running backs Rico Dowdle and Jaylen Warren combined to run 18 times for 65 yards. Aaron Rodgers averaged a paltry 187 yards on 23 of 39 passing.
