Pittsburgh Weather: Waves of showers, storms continues most of the week

PITTSBURGH — Our stretch of active weather continues with daily chances of showers and storms.

Wet weather will come in waves, and while there will be many dry hours, any storms that develop will continue the threat of heavy downpours, localized flooding and damaging winds.

Tuesday brings the chance of morning showers and a few storms, then the threat of another round during the afternoon. Off-and-on storms are also possible Wednesday and Thursday before a drier pattern moves in heading into the weekend.
