PITTSBURGH — It will be a bit unsettled to start the day, but most of the afternoon will be pretty quiet.

Scattered showers and a few storms could disrupt your plans Thursday, especially during the morning. Showers could bring some bouts of heavier rain, but no widespread severe weather is expected.
The showers will taper off during the afternoon, leaving much of the area with a pretty pleasant evening.
Friday will look and feel much better with a mix of clouds and sunshine and less humid conditions. The weekend starts dry but showers and storms return late Saturday and continue off and on through Sunday.
