SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A garbage truck has brought down a utility pole in Scott Township.
The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Painters Run Road.
As of 6:45 a.m., West Penn Power is reporting nearly 1,000 customers without power.
No one was injured.
There is no timeline for when the road will reopen.
