Miss Macee’s Morning Meetings:

Trying to find normalcy during this time can be difficult, especially for those with young kids.

However, one classroom coordinator has taken matters into her own hands and opened up daily lessons for children all over the world on her Facebook page, called Miss Macee’s Morning Meetings.

Macee Graham started her daily meetings for kids to kick-start their day with numbers, letters, days of the week and songs.

11 Kids Corner:

Channel 11 has made it easy for parents who are looking for things to occupy their kids during their time at home by reading children’s stories -- virtually!

That’s right, some of WPXI’s talent read children’s stories from Dr. Seuss and fairy tales, to everything in between.

As you sit at home, why not continue to learn right from your fingertips?

You can experience museums from all over the world by taking virtual tours of the magnificent artifacts of the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C., The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam or even the Heinz History Center, which offers plenty of resources to learn from.

Renovate the Rink Contest:

Sam Lefferty announced the winner of this year’s renovate the rink contest -- with a special guest, of course!

The Beaver County Ice Arena won the contest and will receive $100,000 worth of renovations.

Pittsburgh’s Best Update:

Now’s your chance to vote to crown Pittsburgh’s Best Pizza --

At the beginning of March, we opened a nomination period for you to nominate your favorite pizza place in the Pittsburgh area.

Now, we have our top 10 restaurants and it’s your chance to vote on which one you think should hold the title.
